FUN FACT : Did you know that Bente is a writer? Yes, indeed. She even won the Music City Romance Writer's annual contest a few years ago. The winning entry is lost somewhere in cyberspace, something we should all be grateful for. However, Bente is currently working on a series of real estate mysteries featuring Savannah Martin, a new-minted real estate agent in Nashville, Tennessee. In the first book in the series, A Cutthroat Business, Savannah stumbles over the corpse of a fellow REALTOR® in a house she is showing. In the second, Hot Property, someone has killed Savannah's colleague and friend, REALTOR® Lila Vaughn, and it's up to Savannah to find the murderer before the police can arrest the wrong man.

Neighborhood Realty
“We Care About Our Neighborhood” is the motto by which all new business practices are judged at Neighborhood Realty. Is it good for our Agents and their families? Will it positively impact the communities we serve? These and many other questions must be “yes” before we venture forward. It is our goal to help each of the Neighborhoods we serve become family centers that positively affect children, adults, and seniors alike. Through sales profits we give back a tithe to the communities we serve. We are able to do that through Little League sponsorships, food pantry donations and the rehab and sale of the worst homes in many neighborhoods. While there is much more we desire to do, we try to impact our neighborhoods one at a time.
Choosing a Neighborhood Realty Agent is a choice to a better community.
